Our customers are important to us and we want any purchase to be in safe hands.

With this in mind, we only offer tracked and/or signed domestic and international delivery methods.

Order would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch, including Saturdays.

For international shipping (Europe and rest of the world) we use  International Tracked & Signed option – This service comes with a tracking number allowing for delivery confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are provided by our postal services, and packages can take longer to arrive, or may be subject to delays at Customs. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@cardtradeiom.com

Please note that CardTradeIOM customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is refused by the consumer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by CardTradeIOM in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.

Please examine your order carefully to confirm that it is accurate and that there are no damages. If there are any issues, please contact us as soon as you can – DO NOT open the items or we may be unable to provide a full or even partial refund.

CardTradeIOM reserves the right to amend and re-calculate the shipping costs in any time – either before or after any orders or pre-orders are placed – based on any changes in the local and international shipping rates. We will inform you of any variations and we will ask customers to pay the difference in shipping fees, should that be necessary.

 

Returns and refunds

​Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items. Returns of unwanted products may be granted but will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out. ​Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items received by the customer already damaged which will be refunded at 100% and won’t subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, if the following conditions are met:

– the customer must provide photos and supporting evidence of the damaged item/s and damaged packaging (boxes, labels, envelopes, packaging materials) in order for the investigation to be opened

– the customer must keep the original damaged products and packaging in all its parties so that they can be inspected by the postal services authorities upon request

– the customer must contact us within 24 hours from receipt.

Refunds of orders originally funded via PayPal will receive refunds of their original order payment amount less 2.9% PayPal fee.

CardTradeIOM are not responsible for fund losses incurred due to foreign exchange rate changes.

Cancellations and Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact at cardtradeiom@gmail.com  to do so.​

Cancellation of orders originally funded via PayPal will receive refunds of their original order payment amount less 2.9% PayPal fee and 3.8% administration fee.

Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

CardTradeIOM reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.​

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is an order you place prior to the official release date of a product. You place a pre-order by entering all of your details as if you were ordering the item and by paying the amount IN FULL, but you will not receive the item until it is live. Pre-ordered items will ship when we receive them at our warehouse.

If your order contains both pre-orders and products which are already available, the order will be shipped as soon as all the products will be in stock. If you do not want to wait for the upcoming products to be available, please place separate orders.

Please note the following as they pertain to pre-order purchases:

– Pre-order purchases and pricing are binding.
– In rare/special circumstances, we may allow for the cancellation of pre-orders by request only. Should your pre-order cancellation request be granted, please note that refunds will be subject to a 15% pre-order cancellation fee. No exceptions.
– Pre-order purchase price is subject to market conditions. Please understand that the pre-order pricing you pay when placing your pre-order may change before the live release date and we reserve the right to change them. Compensations will not be provided under any circumstance.
